实验步骤:将10g甜菊糖苷(III)置于1000mL圆底烧瓶中,缓慢加入600mL 10wt%稀硫酸溶液,然后在75℃下磁力搅拌和油浴。 h,产生少量黄色絮状固体并继续反应4小时。 停止反应并使其冷却至室温。 将沉淀的黄色固体转移到100mL单颈烧瓶中并用丙酮重结晶。 冷却后,缓慢沉淀出白色晶体,干燥滤液,得到2.98g化合物(IV)。 产率:65.1%
