合成条件:Stage #1: at 150℃; sealed tube Stage #2: With acetic acid In methanol at 20℃;
实验步骤:将77(2.99g,27.2mmol)和粉末状氢氧化钾(8.96g,85%,136mmol)在甲醇(50mL)中的混合物在密封管中在150℃下加热过夜。 将混合物冷却至室温,加入乙酸中和,减压浓缩。 将得到的残余物用热乙腈(2.x.100mL)研磨,并将乙腈萃取物减压浓缩,得到7.51g灰白色固体。 将该固体用热乙酸乙酯(100mL)研磨,减压浓缩乙酸乙酯萃取物,得到1.81g灰白色固体。 通过快速色谱法(二氧化硅,9:1二氯甲烷/甲醇)进一步纯化,得到78(1.11g,43%),为灰白色固体:1H NMR(300MHz,DMSO-d6)δ10.45(br s,1H), 8.67(s,1H),8.34(s,2H)。
