合成条件:at 20 - 58℃; for 4.50 h;
实验步骤:将二碳酸二叔丁酯(50.0g)的正己烷(55mL)溶液加热至58℃并搅拌。 向该溶液中滴加2-氨基吡啶啉(15.5g)的乙酸乙酯(20mL)溶液。 在58℃下加热3小时后,将其冷却至室温。 加入正己烷(30mL)后,搅拌1.5小时。 通过过滤收集沉积的沉淀物并干燥,得到25.8g(86%)标题化合物,为白色固体。 MS(FAB)m / z:209(M + H)+。
