实验步骤:合成例D-(25)将1,14-十四烷二醇(1.5g)溶解在16.5ml环己烷中,向该溶液中加入57%氢溴酸水溶液(16.5ml)。将反应混合物在搅拌下回流6小时。反应后,将混合物用乙醚萃取三次。用饱和碳酸氢钠溶液中和有机层,用盐水溶液洗涤,用硫酸镁干燥,过滤,减压蒸馏除去溶剂。通过硅胶快速色谱(己烷:乙酸乙酯= 7:3)纯化残余物,得到14-溴四氢硬化-1-醇,为白色晶体,收率67%。分子量:292.90(C 14 H 29 BrO)TLC :(己烷 - 乙酸乙酯7-3)Rf值= 0.53 1H-NMR:(300MHz,CDCl3)δ:1.26(s大,20H, - (CH2)10-); 1.56(qt,2H,J = 7.0Hz,-CH2-); 1.85(qt,2H,J = 7.1Hz,-CH2-); 3.40(t,2H,J = 6.9Hz,-CH2-Br); 3.64(t,2H,J = 6.6Hz,-CH 2 -O-)13 C-NMR:(75MHz,CDCl 3)δ:25.72; 28.17; 28.75; 29.41-32.80; 32.82; 34.05; 63.08
