- 步骤:在100ml三颈烧瓶中,氮气氛下加入29.1g化合物I、17.2g甲基二氯硅烷、8g氯化铁、40.2g三溴化磷、60ml乙腈,75-85℃搅拌回流;TLC确认反应完成后,加入稀盐酸淬灭,分离有机层,用碳酸氢钠和饱和盐水洗涤,无水硫酸镁干燥,减压浓缩得30.5g产物。

- 步骤:将PTVME(0.85g,3.06mmol)和NBS(1.16g,2.1当量)溶解在MeCN(20mL)和CCl₄(5mL)中,20℃下用254nm光照射96小时;反应完成后减压除溶剂,残留油状物溶于CH₂Cl₂,依次用饱和Na₂S₂O₃、饱和NaHCO₃、盐水洗涤,MgSO₄干燥,减压除溶剂后柱色谱(梯度1-10% EtOAc正庚烷溶液)纯化得0.22g产物。
