NSC745885 is an effective anti-tumor reagent with selective toxicity to multiple cancer cell lines (no toxicity to normal cells), downregulates EZH2 via proteasomal degradation, and provides research possibilities for advanced bladder cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma. In vitro, it inhibits SAS cell growth (IC50 0.85 μM after 72h), induces apoptosis, and decreases XIAP while increasing cleaved caspase-3. In vivo, it reduces tumor size in NOD/SCID mice with 2 mg/kg intraperitoneal injection for 10 days, showing higher safety than doxorubicin.
