实验步骤:(1)2,4,6-三(4-溴苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪的合成向氮气置换的二颈烧瓶中加入三氟甲磺酸(66.6mmol,9.99g), 在冰浴上冷却(0至5℃)。 向其中加入4-溴苯甲腈(19.6mmol,3.57g),并将混合物搅拌30分钟。 然后,将混合物在室温下搅拌12小时。 将水加入混合物中,然后用NaOH中和,然后用氯仿和丙酮(50/50)的混合溶剂洗涤,萃取有机层。 有机层用无水硫酸镁脱水,蒸馏除去溶剂,得到2,4,6-三(4-溴苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪作为目标产物(产量:3.34g, 产率:93.6%)。
