实验步骤:向反应瓶中加入N,N-二甲基乙酰胺2L,水16L,加入羟胺盐酸盐(3.37kg,48.6mol),加入碳酸钠(5.15kg,48.6mol),1 - [(2'-氰基联苯-4-基) )甲基] -2-乙氧基苯并咪唑-7-羧酸甲酯(2kg,4.86mol)70℃,18小时,冷却,加水2L,沉淀,过滤为2-乙氧基-1- [2'- (N'-羟基甲脒基)联苯-4-基] -1H-苯并咪唑-7-羧酸甲酯(1.94g,37.70mol),参考实施例1HPLC条件纯度:98.9%产率:90%。
