实验步骤:通用方法:将乙醇钠(0.1mmol)的乙醇(3mL)溶液,氰基乙酸乙酯(10mmol)和胺(10mmol)的混合物在室温下搅拌。 伯胺的反应时间为1小时,仲胺的反应时间为2小时。 过滤分离所得沉淀物,用二乙醚洗涤,在乙醇中重结晶,得到氰基乙酰胺的白色固体。

实验步骤:向搅拌的二异丙基乙胺(506μl,3mmol)和苄胺(327μl,3mmol)在DMF中的溶液中加入氰基乙酸(85mg,1mmol),EDC(625mg,3mmol)和HOBt(208mg)。 ,1.5毫摩尔)。 将反应物在室温下搅拌过夜。 然后用乙醚稀释反应,有机层用1N HCl洗涤两次,用盐水洗涤一次。 将有机层用硫酸钠干燥,过滤并通过旋转蒸发浓缩。 将澄清的残余物从苯中冻干,得到24mg(14%收率)灰白色粉末,无需进一步纯化。
