实验步骤:将100g(0.62mol)1,5-二羟基萘)(1)在氮气存在下在2L双颈圆底烧瓶中溶于500ml(1.25mol)10%NaOH中,然后缓慢加入156g (1小时)(1.24摩尔)硫酸二甲酯。 反应2小时后,将由此形成的沉淀物真空过滤,用200ml 5%KOH洗涤两次,然后用200ml蒸馏水洗涤三次并干燥。 将所得残余物在80℃下在含有300g活性炭的1.5L苯中完全溶解,过滤热溶液并留下,得到73g标题化合物,为白色晶体。 产品的性质如下所述。[104] [105] 产率:63%,熔点:181.9-182.3℃[106] Rf:0.49 [己烷:乙酸乙酯(5:1)] [107] 1H-NMR(CDCl,400MHz):δ7.70(d,J = 8.8Hz,2H) ,7.38(t,J = 8.0Hz,2H),6.98(d,J = 8.0Hz,2H),3.94(s,6H)

实验步骤:用300ml丙酮稀释10g 1,5-二羟基萘和30g碳酸钾,并将该溶液搅拌3小时。 然后,向其中滴加20g碘甲烷,并将混合物搅拌24小时并在减压下过滤。 减压蒸馏滤液,并使用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化残余物,得到9.5g中间体1-1(产率:81%)。
