实验步骤:将异丁腈(276g,4.0mol)在ETOH(2.0L)中的溶液与羟胺(50%水溶液,1.1L,16mol)合并,并回流5小时。 然后真空除去溶剂,用甲苯共沸除去残留的水。 然后将残余物溶于CH 2 Cl 2,用MgSO 4干燥,除去溶剂,得到白色固体(402g,98%YIELD)。 1 H NMR(CDCl 3)δ7.94(br s,1H),4.55(br s,2H),2.47(M,1H),1.20(d,6H,J = 7.1Hz)。
