实验步骤:合成39; 向38(8.6g,39mmol)的乙醇(97mL)溶液中加入10wt%Pd / C(5.5g,1.6mmol)并将反应混合物氢化(50psi)2小时。 将反应混合物通过硅藻土过滤,并将滤饼用乙醇(300mL)洗涤。 减压浓缩滤液,得到39(6.9g,93%):ESI MS m / z 192 [C 11 H 17 N 3 + H] +。EPO
