实验步骤:将G005(10. 0g,66.6mmol)加入到100mLPOCl 3中,回流2小时,溶剂旋转。冷却至室温后,将反应混合物加入120mL冰水中,过滤固体,洗涤滤液。 用氨水溶液调至pH = 2,冰浴和沉淀物As过滤2h后,过滤固体,先用冰水10mL洗涤,30mL第二次冰用乙醚洗涤,8,7g后沥干,产率78%。。
