实验步骤:将7-氯-3H-喹唑啉-4-酮(170,0.155g,0.85830mmol)溶于螺帽盖小瓶中的1mL POCl 3中。 将小瓶密封并置于100℃油浴中3小时。 将所得溶液真空浓缩,并从甲苯中共浓缩三次,得到所需化合物(171,0.162g,0.81391mmol,94.828%)。 MS:199.0m / z(M + H)+。
