实验步骤:将8-甲基喹唑啉-2,4(1H,3H) - 二酮(4.50g,25.50mmol)加入到磷酰氯(47.6mL,510.9mmol)的混合物中。 将所得混合物在100℃下搅拌6小时,然后将其冷却至环境温度。 将混合物在40℃下缓慢倒入水(300mL)中,保持内部温度低于60℃。 形成沉淀物并通过过滤收集,得到2,4-二氯-8-甲基喹唑啉(4.30g,79%)。
