合成条件:at 0 - 75℃; for 2 h;
实验步骤:一般步骤:L-苯丙氨酸的甲酯化反应。向冷却至0℃的L-苯丙氨酸(1g,6.05mmol,1.0当量)的甲醇(25mL)悬浮液中加入亚硫酰氯(475mL,6.66mmol, 1.5当量)慢慢地。 10分钟后,将反应混合物加热至75℃至回流2小时。 完成后(通过TLC监测),真空除去溶剂,此时,形成白色固体,得到L-苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐(1.23g,定量收率)。
