合成条件:With potassium permanganate; C 28 H 55 N 2 (1+) *Cl (1-) In acetone at 0 - 5℃; for 2.17 h;
实验步骤:向1000mL三颈烧瓶中加入1t(54.0g,0.25mol)和丙酮(500mL);加入QAS-2(11.4g,25.0mmol)。将混合物冷却至0-5℃。在10分钟内分10份加入固体KMnO 4(47.5g,0.3mol)。将混合物在相同温度下搅拌2小时,TLC显示完全消耗1t。一次性加入NaHSO 3(25.0g)的水(50mL)溶液以淬灭反应。将混合物搅拌15分钟,然后在硅藻土上过滤,用丙酮(3×100mL)彻底洗涤。将合并的滤液浓缩以在减压下除去丙酮,并将残余物用EtOAc(3×150mL)萃取。将合并的有机相用饱和NaHCO 3洗涤。盐水(3×50mL),干燥(Na 2 SO 4),过滤,蒸发至干,得到无色油状物(57.5g,93%),将其重结晶(石油醚,200mL),得到白色固体产物。 ;产量:51.3克(83%);熔点75-76℃。 1H NMR(400MHz,CDCl3):δ= 4.20-4.31(m,3H),4.09(m,2H),3.93(d,J = 8.0Hz,1H),2.52(br,2H), 1.31-1.49(m,12 H)。
