实验步骤:在0℃下向磁力搅拌的POCl 3(25mL)溶液中分批加入2-苯基喹唑啉-4(3H) - 酮10(5.0g)。 将反应混合物回流2小时。 反应完成后,真空除去过量的POCl 3。 将残余物倒入氯仿(50mL)+冰冷水(80mL)+氨溶液(20mL)的混合物中。 分离氯仿层,水层用另外的20mL氯仿萃取。 将合并的氯仿萃取液用Na 2 SO 4干燥并过滤,蒸馏除去溶剂,得到11,4.5g(87%); 熔点125-127℃(lit.24 124-125℃); 1H NMR(DMSO-d6)δ7.58-7.69(4H,m,4.x ArH),7.91-7.92(2H,m,2.x ArH),8.16-8.21(3H,m,3.x。ARH)。。 (C 14 H 9 ClN 2):C,H,N。
