合成条件:at 20 - 50℃; for 2 h;
实验步骤:向搅拌的29.0g(69mmol)2-溴-4-甲基吡啶在150mL浓硫酸中的溶液中分批加入67.9g(231mmol)重铬酸钾。用冰浴冷却反应混合物,使温度保持恒定。 加完后,在室温下继续搅拌2小时。然后将反应混合物缓慢倒入2L冰水中,室温下搅拌混合物1小时。 过滤收集所得晶体,用水洗涤直至洗液无色,真空干燥,得到30.0g(88%)2-溴异烟酸。
