实验步骤:合成以上4-(6-羟基己氧基)苯甲酸(13.47g,56.53mmol),酸催化剂为对甲苯磺酸(2.23g,13mmol),阻聚剂,对苯二酚(2.3g,20.9mmol)和过量的酸( 将15ml,07.2mmol)在氮气下的苯中引入溶解Dean-Stark分水器(Dean stark trap)中回流5小时,直至除去反应烧瓶中产生的水连接sikimyeo。 在减压下将反应物质从溶剂中溶解,然后在乙醚中终止,并用蒸馏水彻底洗涤直至pH为约4-5。 通过减压蒸馏除去水过滤后,将得到的有机溶剂加入到硫酸镁(硫酸镁)层中,并用粉末形式的异丙醇(异丙醇)固体产物重结晶,得到淡粉红色标题化合物(产率:70.0) 获得了百分比)。
