- 原料：4,6-二氯嘧啶（10.00g，67.1mmol）、浓盐酸（50mL）、水（50mL）、1,4-二恶烷（50mL）
- 步骤：将原料混合后于约70℃加热6小时，冷却至室温；减压蒸发溶剂得粉红色固体，加入乙醇（50mL）加热溶解，50℃温浴缓慢冷却，静置后过滤得灰白色固体
- 条件：With hydrogenchloride In 1,4-dioxane; ethanol; water
- 产率：57%
- 产物：6-氯-3H-嘧啶-4-酮（熔点193-194℃，1H NMR（d6-DMSO）δ6.50（s，1H），8.19（s，1H），13.00（br s，1H））
