实验步骤:在-78℃下,将NBS(3.25g,18.3mmol)加入到上述产物(3.72g,16.6mmol)的THF(17mL)溶液中,并将整个混合物搅拌5小时。 将正己烷(15mL)和吡啶(0.5mL)加入混合物中,并将整个混合物搅拌5分钟。 从反应混合物中除去溶剂,得到粗产物,将其通过SiO 2柱(正己烷/ AcOEt = 30:1)纯化,得到3-溴-1-三异丙基硅烷基-1H-吡咯2(4.67g,93%)。 作为无色油。
