实验步骤:将5-硝基-3-吡唑 - 羧酸甲酯(22.35g,130.61mmol)溶于每种160mL THF和冰醋酸中。 然后,加入Pd-C(10%,4.36g)并将反应在室温下在氢气氛下搅拌6天。 然后,将混合物用硅藻土过滤,并在真空下除去溶剂。 将粗物质溶于二氯甲烷(800mL)中,加入碳酸氢钠(200g),过滤,再次在真空下除去溶剂。 重复该过程直至失去乙酸气味。 以高产率分离5-氨基-3-吡唑 - 羧酸甲酯(16.91g,91.7%)。
