合成条件：Stage #1: With hydrogenchloride In water for 2 h; Reflux Stage #2: for 12.75 h;
实验步骤：中间体13：（2-甲基喹啉-6-基）甲胺：步骤1：2-甲基喹啉-6-羧酸：向4-氨基苯甲酸（5g，36.45mmol）中加入6N HCl（73ml）并回流2小时。 在45分钟内逐滴加入巴豆醛（3.06g，43.75mmol）.12小时后，将反应混合物冷却至0℃并用氨水溶液将pH调节至3-5。 含二氯甲烷的水层用二氯甲烷洗涤，用2N HCl酸化，过滤并真空干燥，得到标题化合物，为棕色固体（3.0g，44％）。
