合成条件:at 20℃;
实验步骤:向2-溴吡啶(4.74g,0.030mol),CuI(0.14g,0-74mmol)和Pd(PPh 3)2 Cl 2(0.52g,0.74mmol)在100ml二异丙胺中的溶液中加入(三甲硅烷基甲硅烷基) )乙炔(3.0g,0.030mol)。 将混合物在室温下在氮气氛下搅拌过夜。 在减压下除去溶剂后,通过减压蒸馏纯化残余物,得到5.0g(产率95%)纯化合物1的2-(三甲基甲硅烷基)吡啶。
