路线1:
- 步骤:在1000毫升三口反应瓶中加入1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑烷酮(34.2克,0.3摩尔)和四氯化碳(400毫升),缓慢滴加含30克固体光气的四氯化碳溶液(0.1摩尔,四氯化碳100毫升),保持5℃以下搅拌0.5小时,室温反应1小时,加热至50℃保持4小时。反应结束后冷却至室温,过滤,少量四氯化碳洗涤,得到产物。

路线2:
- 步骤:在干燥反应烧瓶中加入1,3-二甲基咪唑烷(3.50克,30.7毫摩尔)和邻苯二甲酰氯(6.54克,32.4毫摩尔),无溶剂条件下140℃加热搅拌反应5小时。反应结束后冷却至室温,添加1,4-二噁烷(25毫升)沉淀产物,氮气气氛下过滤收集,依次用1,4-二噁烷(10毫升×2)和醚(5毫升)洗涤,真空干燥得到产物。
