实验步骤:向中间体12(37.00g,177.88mmol)的HCl(60mL)溶液和(EtOH / H 2 O溶液(400mL,1:1,v / v))中加入铁粉(30.00g,537.20mmol)。 将反应混合物在100℃下搅拌3小时,浓缩反应混合物并用水稀释,悬浮的溶液用NaHCO3水溶液碱化至pH = 9.过滤沉淀物,用EtOAc / MeOH混合物稀释( 过滤剩余的固体,真空浓缩滤液,得到第一批中间体13。
