实验步骤:描述7. 2-氨基-4-(三氟甲基)苯酚。(D7); 将2-硝基-4-(三氟甲基)苯酚(100mg,0.483mmol)的乙醇(10mL)溶液泵送通过H-立方体(TM)。 氢化器CatCart(Pd / C,30×4mm),流速为1mL / min,温度为40℃,压力为40psi,在低压下用甲醇(10×1mL)补充溶液。 将收集的溶液蒸发至干,得到灰白色固体(88mg,假定定量收率)。 该物质无需进一步纯化即可继续使用。(M + H)+ = 178.1HNMRδ(CDCl 3):6.76(1H,d,J = 8.4Hz),6.94(1H,d,J = 8.4Hz), 6.98(1 H,s)。
