- 步骤:将2-氨基噻吩-3-甲酸甲酯的甲酰胺溶液在190℃下加热4小时;冷却后倒入水中,滤出沉淀物,用水洗涤并干燥;通过硅胶色谱(CH₂Cl₂/MeOH 50:1)纯化粗产物
- 条件:190℃,4小时
