合成条件:With Ni/Al₂O₃; hydrogen In toluene at 130℃; Autoclave
实验步骤:
- a)将7-氮杂吲哚100g(0.846mol),12g Ni/Al₂O₃(10%wt),甲苯200g加入高压釜中并搅拌得到反应溶液A;
- b)将高压釜用氮气置换8次,并加氢被替换了4次;
- c)反应液A在2MPa氢气下在130℃的温度下反应;
- d)过滤氢化混合物,滤出催化剂得到滤液B;
- e)从滤液B中回收有机溶剂后,得到7-氮杂吲哚啉产物94.59g,产率93.4%,气相色谱纯度≥98%。
